Shipping Information:

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receipt. U. S. orders of two pounds or less (total shipping weight including box) are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive in 5 business days. Larger orders are shipped UPS ground and delivery takes 5 to 10 working days. We will ship to P O boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas. All orders outside continental US are shipped by US mail. We also offer UPS 3rd Day and 2nd Day Air delivery. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

For your convenience we offer weekly or monthly standing orders. We will customize your order to meet your needs.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At Coffee Anyone we stand behind our produsts. If you are not satisified with our coffees or products please contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue. Unused potion of product must be returned within 30 days of original order for a refund of the product price only.

Returns for accessory item must be in unused condition in the original packing material and be received within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price of the product only.

If you receive an order that is damaged in shipment, please save all the packaing material and the product and e mail us at coffee@coffee-anyone.com. We will resolve the issue.
