Origin: Pure Ethiopian Sidamo from the birthplace of Arabica coffee beans this authentic Sidamo offers all the characteristic flavors and aromas of an heirloom coffee. Rich, dominated by earthy brightness, a touch of spiciness and fine hints of almond flowers with sweet fragrance of white flowers and subtle hints of citrus La Semeuse roasts at High altitude using lower temperatures [to avoid charring or burning the bean] for a uniquely smooth balanced yet never bitter taste. This wonderful coffee is vacuum sealed to insure freshness. Available in whole bean only. If you order it in drip grind we will open the vacuum bag grind the coffee and seal it in our normal coffee bag. Price per 8.8 oz.
